Prado'S Cuban Cafe Reviews

As most truly great dining experiences are, Prado's Cuban Cafe is a hole-in-the wall. You might miss it on first glance, and the "Express+ Walk-In" sign on the top of the building is a bit misleading. Once you enter the unassuming little place, the bilingual menu boasts Cuban staples such as medianoches, Cubanos, croquetas, arroz con leche, and more. Get El Cubano with an ice-cold can of Materva to wash it down. Humble restaurant that really delivers.

Great Cuban cuisine and excellent service. I lived in Miami for about 30 years before moving back to Belle Glade and I wasn't sure if I would be able to find an authentic restaurant in my small town but Prado's is the best.
Prado'S Cuban Cafe
If you're craving bold flavors and home-style Cuban comfort food in Florida, Prado'S Cuban Cafe at 25 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd E, Belle Glade, FL 33430 is the name that locals trust and travelers discover with delight. Tucked away in this small town, it’s the kind of place where regulars are greeted by name and every bite tastes like family tradition.
Discover the Authentic Taste of Cuban Food at Prado'S Cuban Cafe
Set in the heart of Belle Glade, Prado'S Cuban Cafe isn’t just another local diner—it’s a flavorful journey through Cuba’s rich culinary heritage. The moment you walk in, you’re met with the smell of slow-roasted meats, sweet plantains, and that deep, rich aroma of Cuban espresso. It’s a cozy space, the kind where conversations flow easily and the food does all the convincing.
Popular menu items include the ropa vieja, with tender shredded beef stewed in tomato and peppers, and the lechón asado, marinated pork roasted to juicy perfection. What makes these dishes stand out isn’t just the seasoning—it’s the heart behind them. The kitchen brings recipes passed down for generations, offering every guest a taste that’s equal parts soul and spice.
One of the biggest draws? The Cuban sandwich. Crisp on the outside, melted on the inside, and stacked with layers of ham, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard—this sandwich is a local legend. And if you’ve never tried maduros or yuca frita, this is your moment.
